How do I get my ticket?

As soon as your order is paid, every ticket gets its own QR code. You will find your tickets on the confirmation page, in the confirmation email and under My Account → My Tickets.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Show the QR code on your phone at the entrance. A printout works just as well.

I bought several tickets. Does everyone need their own?

Yes. Every admission has its own QR code and each code is scanned once. You can forward the ticket links to the people coming with you.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Availability at the door varies from event to event. Check the event page, or contact us before the show.

Where is Project 21?

At the Hellenic Mediterranean University (ELMEPA) sports facilities, just minutes from Heraklion’s city centre.

What time do doors open?

Door times are listed on each event page.

Do I need an account to buy tickets?

You can create an account while you check out. With an account, all your tickets and orders are kept together under My Account.

I can’t find my ticket email.

Check your spam folder first. Your tickets are also always available under My Account → My Tickets. Still stuck? Contact us and mention your order number.
